f a status window has not appeared yet, your browser security settings may not allow the use of ActiveX controls. Click the "Clear ESM Log" button below to clear the contents of the ESM Log. Due to standard web browser security, the following informational window will appear when the button is clicked:
Make sure to select the option "Run this program from its current location" before clicking the OK button for the report to be created properly.
Then click one of the categories along the left margin to view the system information.
